If you’re a web designer or developer, check out Vox Media’s handy Accessibility Guidelines Checklist.

Also, if you’re on a Mac, there’s a great color blindness simulator you can install called Color Oracle. It’s been out for many years, but I just installed it on my new MacBook Pro running El Capitan (10.11.6) and it still works perfectly.
